Appetizers: "Etruscan flavours" Shepherd’s Panzanella Salad and fresh milk cheese handmade by Romano, scented with Cortona olive oil and served with fresh vegetables.
First course: includes two courses: Our “Verna Wheat” tagliatelle with tomatoes and Chianina and Cinta Senese meat sauce. Followed by “The Sunflower of the Festival” ravioli stuffed with a creamy cheese made by Romano and fresh in season truffle
Second course: Chianina beef – Tender beef with a strong soul and an immense and amazing flavour. The beef can be served either raw or cooked, with seasonal vegetables.
Dessert: "Sun Cake", dessert created by chef Agostina for the Tuscan Sun Festival
