Cooking classes at restaurant La Bucaccia are a great opportunity to have fun experimenting with the ingredients and dishes of traditional Tuscan cuisine. All recipes are explained in a simple way with easy-to-follow, competent instructions.
In the fully-equipped, professional kitchen of restaurant, participants will be able to prepare the recipes of the day and test their ability under the constant supervision of chef. Each class consists of a theory presentation of ingredients and recipes, followed by a practical part; finally, participants will be able to taste the dishes they prepared during the class . For time and learning effectiveness purposes, each work-station will be used by two participants.
